What happened to my old account and reports?
MTHFR Support used to be located on www.MTHFRsupport.com, it is now www.MTHFRsupport.org.
This change of website address is due to a fatal crash of the previous server that hosted all of your account details and genetic reports that you may have purchased from us.
All the details of your old account and genetic reports located on www.MTHFRsupport.com are now permanently deleted by the fatal crash of the previous hosting server.
MTHFR Support apologize for any inconvenience that could not be avoided.
What you can do now.....
MTHFR Support really value you as our loyal customers and we want you to regain access to our services at no cost to you.
If you are a previous customer of www.MTHFRSupport.com and you have proof of purchase of your previous reports, we are happy to replace them here at www.MTHFRSupport.org free of charge.
Steps to follow
- Open a new account on the accounts tab on the main menu.
- Once you have a new account with us, go to the contact us page.
- Send us a contact email with your proof of purchase.
- We will verify your proof of purchase and once approved we will send you a one off code to use at the checkout to process your reports for free.
- We have over 90K of reports to process, so thank you in advance for your patience:)
